Welcome everyone!
This is a Blog about Jay's travel though Africa on his trusty steed the Tenere. He is traveling alone - mad - possibly, I'll let you make up your own minds on that one. As Grey Livingston said "One man's daydreaming is another man's day."
I will be sharing with you his route via google maps and using google earth to give you a flavour of the places he is passing through. Where possible I will add comments from Jay received by email and text. I hope from time to time that Jay will be able to add to the posts himself when he hits a major city.
